Return window

Harrison Adams accepts returns within 30 days after you receive your order, no questions asked.

EU cooling-off period (right of withdrawal)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without providing a reason. Harrison Adams voluntarily extends this period through our 30-day return window.

Order cancellation

You may cancel your order free of charge within 12 hours after placing it by emailing support@harrisonadams.com. After 12 hours, your order may already be processing and can no longer be cancelled, but you can return it once it arrives.

What condition must the item be in?

Your item must be unworn, unused, and returned in its original packaging with all tags still attached. We cannot accept items that have been worn or used, or that are missing their original packaging.

Non-returnable items

Harrison Adams cannot accept returns of personalised or custom-made products, sealed hygiene products if the seal has been broken, or gift cards.

Who pays for return shipping?

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Depending on your location and chosen carrier, estimated return shipping costs are between $5 and $20 USD.

If your item was delivered damaged or defective, Harrison Adams will cover the full cost of return shipping.

Are there any restocking fees?

No. Harrison Adams does not charge restocking fees.

My item arrived damaged, what now?

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact Harrison Adams within 30 days after receiving your order. We will send a free replacement or provide a full refund.

How long does a refund take?

After we receive and inspect your return, Harrison Adams will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund is sent to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take another 3 to 5 business days to appear on your statement.

Total time from when we receive your return to the refund appearing in your account: up to 10 business days.

Partial refunds

In certain cases, Harrison Adams may grant a partial refund, such as when an item is returned with minor signs of use or without its original packaging. We will always contact you before we process a partial refund.
