Processing time

Harrison Adams processes your order within 1 to 2 business days after your payment has been received.

Delivery time

After your order has been dispatched, delivery takes 4 to 7 business days. This means the total estimated delivery time is 5 to 9 business days from the date you place your order.

How we ship

We use USPS and trusted international shipping partners to deliver Harrison Adams orders. Within 24 hours after dispatch, we will email you a tracking link.

Order cutoff time

The order cutoff time for all orders in the US is 2:00 PM (EST). Orders placed after 2:00 PM are processed on the next business day.

Lost or delayed packages

If your package has still not arrived within 15 business days after dispatch, please contact Harrison Adams. We will either send you a replacement or provide a full refund.

Customs, duties and taxes

All prices shown include applicable taxes for orders delivered within the United States. Customers placing international orders outside the United States are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.
